Rüdiger Lueg – President

Rudi is in the industrial automation business since 1990. Prior to RTI he managed projects from concept and design through final implementation. In addition to his extensive experience in Material Handling Systems, Rudi also gained significant experience in highly scalable enterprise application. Rudi graduated summa cum laude from the George Simon Ohm University in Nuremburg, Germany with a Master of Science degree in IE/IT.

Robert Jackson – Chief Financial Officer

Bob has more than 25 years of hardware and software engineering management, and technical sales support in computer systems & software design. Software design includes data communications, factory automation systems, warehouse management systems (ISO levels I-IV), and energy management systems.

James Suggs – Chief Operating Officer

Jim has extensive knowledge in Controls Engineering, included in his 20 years of experience in software design and implementation, and an expertise in automated warehouse management systems, data communication and IT management systems. Jim has extensive knowledge in Controls Engineering.

James Conlon – Director of Projects

Jim comes from a successful 20-year career in the USAF where he was a program manager for multi-million dollar defense contracts. In addition to his vast professional experience, Jim has a MBA from Florida Institute of Technology. During the past six years at RTI, Jim has successfully used his program management skills from the military to effectively manage over 50 major installations at distribution centers across the USA and internationally.

Robert Nesbitt– Director of Electrical Service

With 20 years of experience in the electronic industry, Bob worked for a world wide supplier of anti-shoplifting systems. He managed the technical support group and provided the installation and serviceability requirements for new product development. Bob joined RTI in 2001 as the Field Service Supervisor. He is currently responsible for the RTI Electrical Division which includes the panel shop, Electricians and Field Engineers.
